The 2010 FIFA World Cup has produced some of the unexpected and sometimes controversial, results in the history of the World Cup. We have seen the former world champion, in Italy, the tournament left in the first round without fighting any kind of performance. Discrepancies in the French ended their Cup dream in favor. And who can forget the series of goals that should have been, but were not admitted and those who have planned, but illegal. Tempers flare and tears flowed, whilesome of their expectations. It does it all for good television.
There are many lessons to be learned from this year's tournament, and companies should take advantage of this. Let me share some of them I realized that you can benefit from. Based on the field, we look at the lessons we can learn from the players themselves, then the teams and, finally, what we learn from coaches.
Rooney Skills 2011
Players
This year we were spoiled by the number ofgreat players of the championships around the world who were happy to get the superstar status of the biggest sporting event in the calendar. Lionel Messi, Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo and Fernando Torres were among them and very few of them got their chance to shine. Instead, we saw newcomers like Thomas Müller their tracks.

The lesson:
The outcome of the match depends on the team. Each player needs to understand what is required of him and how he was influenced by whatHis teammates are doing and how the decisions which effect. If a player has their own decisions not in line with the strategy team will be additional pressure on his teammates that will lead to more errors found.
With the acquisition of a new project in your company have clear objectives and action. Communicate this to all the staff of the project. Help them understand how their performance is influenced by other group members and howothers. Be prepared to identify problems when they occur and what each role in correcting them. Encourage openness and new ideas, but the procedures will be implemented before discussing them.
Coaches
We saw some really good coaches in this year and we saw those who have left their emotions away from them. Two cases in question were Dunga for Brazil and Diego Maradona for Argentina.
